Adam Lambert has always been a fan of getting glammed up before hitting the stage. But swainAmerican Idol alum Kelly Clarkson would like to know if the singer has any plans to help his fans get glam in the aforementioned manner.

On Tuesday's (Jan. 26) episode ofThe Kelly Clarkson Show, Lambert stopped by to talk about his upcoming livestream when the host complimented him on his smoky-centre look. "Wait how good you look!" she exclaimed. "Are you ever going to come up out with a makeup line? Because yous do your makeup so well."

Lambert said that he's been using makeup for a lot of his life, and that he could meet himself starting his ain beauty visitor. "I would love to; I think that would exist actually fun," he said. "I was in theater, so [makeup] was a part of getting gear up for the prove. I just loved getting to sit in front of the mirror and transform my face and cover up all of my freckles at the time."

Clarkson also complimented the vocaliser's fashion game before Lambert quickly let her know that he's had to downgrade some of his outfits thanks to the ongoing pandemic. "It'south sort of a relief because the quarantine 15 is real," he said, giggling. "I'm wearing sweatpants with elastic waistbands more than I have in my entire life.'

The pair also took a moment to bond over their sharedAmerican Idolexperience: Clarkson asked Lambert what he remembers loving about the experience, and the star was quick to answer. "I had been scared of then much, fear was holding me back in so many areas of my life," he recalled. "That year earlier I auditioned, I but had this breakthrough where I was like, 'I'm non scared anymore.'Idolwas one of the thing that came up, I saw the audition, and I said 'Why non?'"
